Today, the Relocation Decisions team continues to receive high marks for successfully relocating C-Suite level executives, playing an important role in the recruitment of highly sought-after talent, supporting the relocation of expatriates through a high-touch destination and real estate services program, and bringing energy and success to Chicago bound group moves.
About Us
Launched in 2004 by mobility professional Sue Carey, Relocation Decisions is known to be a trusted partner to corporations and relocation management firms responsible for bringing top talent to the Chicago area. We have a track record of successfully relocating C-Suite level executives, supported the successful recruitment of highly sought-after talent, and delivering a different approach to group moves. The success of these initial programs provided an opportunity to expand their scope of services to include a destination program for expatriates.
Relocation Decisions provides a confidential, high-touch relocation experience through a flexible menu of services. Services are delivered by a team of Destination Service Consultants that come from a variety of backgrounds. They themselves have had the experience of moving across the United States as well as from various parts of the world.
Each client’s needs are matched to the subject matter expert best equipped to introduce communities, lifestyle, amenities and schools. From first contact to the final move (and beyond), our team enjoys meeting and supporting the mobile workforce.
When real estate expertise is needed, the Relocation Decisions team is proud to align with Chicagoland’s largest independent real estate brokerage, Baird and Warner, Inc. celebrating more than 165 years of helping shape Chicago’s history. Many of our services are available in either virtual or in-person formats.
